This Bilingual Account Specialist serves BMO’s Customer Shared Services group. You will review delinquent, high-risk, and written-off accounts while providing collections-related sales and service. The work includes payment strategies, loss mitigation, negotiation, customer communications, and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:
Review delinquent, high-risk, and written-off accounts
Advise customers on payment and collections strategies
Execute loss mitigation processes for non-performing accounts
Handle incoming calls and complex escalated requests
Prepare reports,



dashboards, and customer documentation

Requirements:
Customer service expertise supporting trust and confidence
Robust negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze account data and collection probability
Knowledge of collections strategies, practices, and trends
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
