Provide primary care at Unison’s Oakwood-Vaughan site in Toronto, using robust clinical skills within a cooperative, multidisciplinary model. This permanent role is part-time.

Unison Health and Community Services seeks a Community Health Physician for 21 hours weekly, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The physician provides primary care, health promotion, client education, and youth walk-in care. Clinical areas include sexual and reproductive health, mental health, and addictions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care to clients and their families
Deliver youth walk-in care across specified health areas
Support health promotion and client education
Provide reproductive health and medical abortion follow-up care
Collaborate with clinical and program staff

Requirements:
Medicine license and College membership in positive standing
Community-based primary care experience focused on youth
Ability to work one evening weekly
Reproductive health experience, including IUD procedures
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and harm reduction
