Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective legal advice on complex commercial litigation
Draft transparent and concise opinions, arguments, and information
Represent clients comfortably on their feet in court
Handle discovery, mediation, arbitration,
trials, appeals, and settlements
Manage legal processes from beginning through completion
Requirements:
At least seven years of litigation experience
Law Society of Ontario membership in positive standing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
