As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you will investigate customer requests and build expertise in Everbridge products and supporting systems. The early-career role includes ticket management, application troubleshooting, customer communication, and collaboration with Engineering and internal technical teams. You will use documentation, logs, tools, and test environments while supporting technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to requests through tickets, calls, and supported channels
Investigate, reproduce, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate customer issues
Gather details about impact, causes, configurations, and settings




Document communications, findings, investigation steps, and resolutions
Prioritize requests and provide occasional on-call support

Requirements:
Zero to two years in technical support or related work
Related degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Qualified customer service or technical assistance experience
Experience with SaaS, web applications, or enterprise software
Exposure to APIs, SSO, networking, or application troubleshooting
