Lead virtual data center training for Correlation One, combining technical expertise with facilitation and responsive support. Instruction is remote.

As a Lead Instructor, you will conduct large synchronous online lectures for diverse learners entering data roles. The work includes preparing presentations, pacing lessons thoughtfully, and making complex topics accessible to beginners. You will also maintain communication with Correlation One personnel and contribute to course improvement. The preferred instructor can teach in Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Excellent educator with stellar communication skills
Experience mentoring or supervising without prior teaching experience
Solid interest in data center operations careers
Ability to engage adult learners from diverse backgrounds
A+ or Network+ certification is preferred

Use data center knowledge, empathetic facilitation, and explicit communication to help learners build infrastructure career foundations.
