As a Senior Business Analyst, you will develop requirements for system-generated notifications sent from OBR to other jurisdictions. You will consult ServiceOntario business and policy areas, liaise with Systemscope, and collaborate across implementation teams. Your work includes strategic analysis, business cases, process improvement, and structured facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult business and policy areas on notification requirements
Liaise with Systemscope to confirm information needs
Collaborate with Development and Quality Assurance teams
Develop business cases and process improvement recommendations
Design system documents, including data models and process flows
Requirements:
Five-plus years of business analysis experience
Agile methodology experience within software development life cycles
Experience with RESTful or SOAP application interfaces
Workshop facilitation skills that build group consensus
Experience preparing options papers and presentations
Bring senior-level requirements, systems analysis, facilitation, and communication expertise to MRAS notification delivery and business improvement.
