The hired candidate will estimate mechanical systems and coordinate project-based duties. Solid organizational skills, requirements management, and collaboration support quotes, bids, and project delivery. Experience with commercial plumbing, construction, and engineering processes is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast costs for mechanical and plumbing systems
Develop project specifications and requirements collaboratively
Communicate with stakeholders to align project goals
Produce and manage quotes and bids in progress
Prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience in mechanical systems
Two to three years estimating or project coordination experience
Solid organization and time management skills
Technical understanding of building mechanical systems
Fluent written and verbal English; permanent Canadian work authorization
