This full time Assistant Project Manager role supports EllisDon’s construction projects from design interpretation through project administration. You will assist with plan analysis, project deliverables, construction scheduling, subcontract management, and issue resolution. The position requires construction experience, scheduling knowledge, and project management software familiarity.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze plans and specifications for coordinated construction interpretations
Create and track requests for information and submittals
Develop, implement, and monitor construction schedules
Administer subcontracts and track compliance, changes,

Advise the Project Manager about problems and schedule difficulties

Requirements:
Construction related degree or equivalent technical training and experience
Minimum three years of construction experience
Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software
Ability to support teams through problematic situations
