This SAP Support Manager role oversees Level 2 and Level 3 application support in a business-critical IT setting. You will manage incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements, and defects across production. The work spans SAP WM configuration, warehouse processes, integrations, SLAs, and operational KPIs. You will also guide major incident response, root cause analysis, reporting, and service reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP WM support across production environments

Requirements:
At least 8 years of SAP experience
