We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our fabrication team on various CWB welding projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on protected work, quality workmanship, and meeting production schedules. Responsibilities
Plan daily shop activities and assign work to welders and fabricators.
Review drawings, specifications, and applicable welding procedures with the team.
Monitor fit-up, welding quality, productivity, and project progress.
Coordinate inspections and resolve fabrication issues with quality control.
Coach employees and maintain a safe, organized shop. Qualifications
Welding and fabrication experience, including previous supervisory responsibility.
Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
Experience working with CWB project requirements and welding procedures.
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Position details
