Equinox Gold seeks a Site Trainer for its Northwestern Ontario underground gold mine. This role promotes safety while delivering Mill, Underground Common Core, equipment, induction, and site-specific training. You will also develop programs and verify worker competency.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Mill and Underground Common Core training
Conduct equipment training and competency assessments
Deliver site, mill, and underground inductions
Develop and revise training programs and documentation
Maintain accurate training records and documentation

Requirements:
Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum five years of relevant mining or operational experience
Experience developing materials, instructing, and assessing competency
Knowledge of Ontario mining legislation and training requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
