As an Employment Counsellor, you will guide people through employment, career development, and job transitions. Assess skills, interests, qualifications, and barriers while explaining program requirements and available services. Develop Employment Action Plans, provide job-search coaching, and connect clients with resources supporting skill development, life stabilization, and sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments and explain program requirements and available services
Develop personalized Employment Action Plans with clients
Provide career counselling, job-search coaching, and skills development




Facilitate tailored interview preparation and mock interviews
Maintain complete client files across CRM databases and portals

Requirements:
