Overview The HR Executive (Generalist) supports day-to-day human resources operations across employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, and training and development. This role helps deliver organized, responsive HR services and supports effective people processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities
Coordinate recruiting activities, including HR sourcing, interviewing, data collection, and ATS updates.
Support employee relations, human resources management, change management, and training and development initiatives.
Maintain HRIS records and complete accurate data entry; assist with payroll administration and related project management.

and coordination across recruiting, payroll, and employee relations. Familiarity with human resources processes and HRIS workflows is helpful for handling generalist responsibilities. Preferred: Related experience with talent acquisition, interviewing, payroll, or training and development, plus exposure to platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, Salesforce, Lever, or iCIMS. Pay: $48,700.00-$89,100.00 per year
