Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team at Osmow’s Shawarma Airdrie as a Crew Staff. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will play an key role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer while helping ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet every customer warmly with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide excellent customer service while taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Explain menu items, meal options, promotions, and available upgrades to customers.
Ensure orders are prepared and handed out correctly, including all requested modifications, sauces, and condiments.
Process cash, debit, credit, and other payments accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen, wrap, and grill team members to ensure timely order completion.
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests professionally.
Follow company standards for customer service, food safety, cleanliness,



and personal hygiene.
Assist with takeout, delivery, and online orders, ensuring they are complete and properly packaged.
Verify receipts and order details before handing orders to customers or delivery drivers.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Restock front counter supplies, packaging, sauces, napkins, and other essentials.
Assist team members with additional duties during busy periods to support smooth store operations. Requirements

Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Pay: $15.00 per hour
