Lead technology due diligence for RSM’s Deal Services practice, using financial modeling and application analysis across transaction engagements.

As a Manager, you will oversee client-facing consulting engagements for private equity and strategic clients. Your work spans technology costs, business applications, transaction models, and post-close initiatives. You will produce diligence reports and support meetings critical to closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead client meetings, timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence
Develop financial models for transaction cost impacts
Analyze applications, capabilities, modules, pricing, and dispositioning
Lead post-close technology workstreams with integration teams




Produce value-driven diligence reports for clients

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and six to eleven years’ experience
Client-facing consulting engagement experience
Private equity or strategic transaction client experience preferred
Technology diligence or post-close leadership experience preferred
Master’s degree preferred; moderate to frequent travel required
