As Senior Manager, you will lead Wealth Management learning programs within the Training and Development team. You will manage program planning, facilitate sessions, track KPIs, and align delivery with strategy. The role also supports associate recruiting, onboarding, placement, coaching, and development.

Design and manage training project plans, schedules, and logistics
Facilitate learning sessions and program activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma
Robust presentation and facilitation skills
People management or employee onboarding experience is an asset
Sales management or sales process experience is an asset
Financial services or wealth management experience is preferred
