You will own design for playbook automations within Clio Work, Clio’s AI-native workspace for legal specialists. This hands-on individual contributor role requires product thinking, interaction design, and close Engineering partnership. You will shape complex workflows while AI capabilities evolve.

Requirements:
Bring 12+ years of Product Design experience
Ship AI-powered features using user-centered machine learning applications
Design complex enterprise workflows for desktop and web
Own products amid ambiguity and strategic framing
Apply solid craft across interaction, information architecture, usability, and visual design
