Requirements
Valid Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) Certificate
Current First Aid Certification
Previous experience in a childcare setting is an asset but not required
A positive attitude, patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
Support lead educators in planning and implementing daily programs and engaging activities
Help maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and stimulating environment
Assist with the supervision, care, and positive guidance of children
Encourage children's learning, creativity, and social development




Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
Follow all childcare licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and centre policies
