Support Oracle Cerner security and core applications remotely as a Clinical Systems Analyst, using system testing and workflow analysis skills.

This temporary full time, approximately four-month position supports the Regional Health Information System for the South East Hospital Cluster. The Clinical Systems Analyst maintains, updates, and optimizes a product component under general supervision. The work includes rotational on-call support, requirements gathering, end-user troubleshooting, and workflow changes.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer Oracle user access and security roles
Maintain organizational, facility, location, and security builds
Coordinate end-user issue resolution and system support
Conduct unit, integration, and quality assurance testing




Provide rotational on-call support

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum two years of recent clinical informatics experience
Knowledge of Oracle Millennium architecture and functionality
Experience with user provisioning and access management
Experience using an electronic ITIL incident system
