As an Associate, you will manage both front-end underwriting and post-funding account responsibilities for insured construction and term loans. Your work includes borrower and guarantor analysis, market review, annual packages, loan performance updates, and ongoing covenant monitoring. You will also coordinate documentation and respond to borrower, investor, and CMHC requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare models, Term Sheets, LOIs, and Loan Summaries
Analyze covenants, net worth, cash flow, NOI, and DSCR
Assemble CMHC underwriting packages for Certificates of Insurance




Oversee active loan portfolios and quarterly performance updates
Communicate with borrowers and escalate issues internally

Requirements:
Thorough understanding of CMHC guidelines and funding processes
Ability to manage multiple deals and meet deadlines
Solid attention to documentation accuracy
High proficiency in Excel, Word, and Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
