Handle domestic and international wire requests in Toronto using customer service, payment processing, and careful document collection. This is a full time contract role.

As a Payment Analyst supporting U.S. Payments Processing, you will serve first-point-of-contact representatives. The work involves wire origination, initial callback disclosures, customer information, regulatory requirements, and client problem resolution. You will follow documented procedures and RBC standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer wire transfer origination calls and collect required information
Complete initial callback verbatim disclosures for wire requests
Process incoming and outgoing wires using documented controls
Resolve client issues while maintaining attentive service




Escalate complaints, interest claims, and suspicious transactions promptly

Requirements:
Customer service or contact centre experience
Solid organizational and decision-making skills
Fluency with Microsoft Office products and technological independence
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
Knowledge of payments procedures, BESS, SWIFT, or Fed Line preferred
