The role requires organized, independent work while maintaining quality service, confidentiality, and positive relationships with clients, coworkers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean assigned areas using approved equipment and products
- Complete washing, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and transport linens




- Inspect areas and maintain equipment throughout assigned shifts
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory procedures

Requirements:

- Grade 9 education under Manitoba standards
- Demonstrated dexterity and effective work methods
- Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Ability to respect confidentiality and cultural diversity
