This Welder and Fitter role supports production through component fabrication, welded assembly, and material movement. You will read technical drawings, operate band saws and power tools, and verify systems against customer specifications and quality standards. The work includes independent assignments and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cut components to specifications using industrial band saws
- Weld assemblies using MIG and TIG techniques
- Assemble components after fabrication and powder coating
- Operate tow motors and cranes safely
- Maintain organized, secure work areas

Requirements:

- Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
- Fitting experience in manufacturing or fabrication
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and power tools
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds
