Prepare and maintain work areas, organize roofing materials, and keep materials and equipment ready for use.
Assist with roofing, carpentry, caulking, and general construction tasks under the direction of the crew.
Keep the site orderly and coordinate with crew members to support steady progress. Qualifications Required: Practical ability to handle hand tools, follow instructions, and perform heavy lifting safely while supporting roofing and construction tasks.
