We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our mobile phone store team. No experience? No problem — we provide training. What matters most is your attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn. What You’ll Do:
Help customers choose smartphones, accessories, and plans
Explain products in a straightforward and confident way
Process sales using our POS system
Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
Learn about new phone models and features
Support customers after purchase when needed
Assist with basic phone checks or repairs if trained
Assist with handling larger customer orders and repeat business clients
Help prepare and organize outgoing orders and shipments
Support with product listings, updates, and basic computer tasks (Data entry)
Learn advanced sales processes as you grow in the role
Prospect to take on more responsibility over time What We’re Looking For:
