Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area efficiently
Answer phone calls promptly, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
Assist veterinary staff with animal restraint, sample collection, and basic clinical procedures
Maintain organized patient records, update medical histories, and process billing transactions
Support laboratory tasks such as sample preparation and processing to aid diagnostic efforts
Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and equipment
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding care instructions and follow-up appointments Requirements
Previous laboratory experience or familiarity with veterinary laboratory procedures is highly desirable
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to animal handling
