Overview As a Food Service Team Member, prepare and serve food, assist customers, and support smooth daily restaurant operations. You’ll help create a welcoming experience while keeping service areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. Duties
Prepare and serve food while following food safety, food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness practices.
Welcome customers, take orders, operate POS systems such as Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
Answer questions, provide attentive customer service, and suggest relevant items through courteous upselling.
Use basic math and time management to support accurate transactions and timely service while coordinating with kitchen and service colleagues. Experience Required: Practical food preparation, protected food handling, sanitation, basic math, time management, customer service, serving, and accurate POS and cash handling capabilities support dependable daily service. Preferred:



Food service, restaurant, food industry, or kitchen experience, including familiarity with Micros POS, cashiering, and upselling, can help you contribute confidently across diverse service tasks.
