As a Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting GTM and Sales, you will optimize Salesforce and the broader Commercial Strategy & Operations technology stack. Your work will serve Sales, Marketing, and Client Services through accurate data, productive processes, and stronger user adoption. Collaboration spans RevOps, Sales, IT, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Salesforce and integrated GTM systems
Implement Salesforce enhancement requests with business stakeholders
Manage territories, quotas, account ownership, and planning cycles
Execute fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation




Troubleshoot issues and support GTM user adoption

Requirements:
Three to five years in RevOps, Business Systems, or Salesforce Administration
Robust hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Salesforce Admin certification strongly preferred
Familiarity with account, prospect, territory, and lead routing workflows
Clear communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
