Canada Life seeks a Corporate Physical Security Manager to guide executive protection, event security, and risk-based advice. The permanent full time position is available in London, Toronto, or Winnipeg.

As part of the Corporate Physical Security leadership team, you will provide subject matter expertise and operational oversight. Your work supports employees, executives, corporate travel, Board meetings, Annual General Meetings, and sensitive business activities. The position also involves leadership, coaching, investigations, and trusted advisory partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute security for Board and high-profile corporate events
Develop executive, event, and travel security plans
Support workforce safety concerns and elevated physical security risks




Lead complex incident responses and investigations with relevant partners
Coach employees and mature the Corporate Physical Security program

Requirements:
10+ years in security management, investigations, or related disciplines
Experience with executive protection, event security, or travel risk
Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection
CPP, PSP, or relevant qualified designation is an asset
