Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. This role requires a solid understanding of food safety standards, excellent food handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced restaurant environment. The Kitchen Cook will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through skillful meal preparation and presentation. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety regulations and sanitation procedures at all times
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours




Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food service environment
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques across various cuisines
Excellent understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners with a passion for food industry work
