This healthcare leadership position focuses on meeting residents’ needs with empathy, respect, and professionalism. You will act as a primary contact for families, uphold regulatory standards, and coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and community partners. Management or supervisory experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure residents’ needs receive empathetic, skilled support
Involve residents and families in care decisions
Uphold policies, legislation, and regulatory standards
Support budgeting, staffing, purchasing, and resource efficiency




Participate in outreach, marketing, and Manager on Duty rotation

Requirements:
Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse registration
Minimum two years’ clinical experience, preferably geriatrics or memory care
Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Comfort using AI and digital platform systems
