Analyze fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and productivity while supporting business decisions across a North American Network, Fleet, and Service organization.

As a Fleet Operations Business Analyst, you will combine analytical expertise with business acumen to identify trends, risks, and optimization prospects. Your work supports asset deployment, facility optimization, workforce planning, replacement requirements, and cost-to-serve decisions. You will translate operational challenges into recommendations for leaders and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate fleet utilization, maintenance costs, availability, and productivity
Conduct strategic and ad hoc operational analysis
Support asset deployment and facility optimization decisions
Analyze customer density, geography, delivery efficiency, and market prospect




Communicate recommendations through reports, dashboards, presentations, and business cases

Requirements:
Three to five years of business, operational, financial, or performance analytics
Post-secondary education in business, finance, operations, or related field
Advanced Excel and reporting visualization experience
SQL, data extraction, transformation, and validation are assets
Ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences

Use fleet analytics, business insight, and transparent communication to support asset-intensive operations and informed North American decisions.
