Our client, a growing independent insurance brokerage in Ontario, is looking for Personal Lines CSRs to provide exceptional service to an assigned book of clients. In this in-office, full time role, you will be a trusted advisor helping individuals and families protect what matters most through home, auto, and recreational coverage, while delivering a responsive, people-first client experience.

Compensation
Salary of $60,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities
Manage and service an assigned portfolio of personal lines policies, with a focus on robust client relationships and retention
Handle inbound client calls and day-to-day service requests with a goal of first-call resolution
Conduct renewal reviews, explain coverage and premium changes clearly, and proactively address price increases
Provide quotes, make recommendations, and guide clients through available options across multiple markets




Document conversations and transactions accurately and consistently
Collaborate with internal support teams for policy changes, cancellations, underwriting follow-up, and claims related coordination
Contribute to office culture by being a dependable teammate who can help cover when needed
Stay current on insurer guidelines, underwriting rules, and industry best practices

Qualifications
Valid RIBO License
Minimum 1+ years' experience in personal lines servicing
EPIC experience is an asset
Knowledge of insurer portals is essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate policy language into clear, client-friendly explanations
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a steady workflow and competing priorities
Cooperative, solutions-focused mindset and comfort working fully on site.
