This Registered Nurse GNT position supports Graduate Nurses and eligible registered specialists entering independent practice. You will provide comprehensive care, conduct holistic assessments, develop care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary services, and contribute to health system improvement. The program supports practice across the lifespan and requires protected, evidence-informed, ethical nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifespan
Conduct holistic assessments and identify patient needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Coordinate interdisciplinary care in emergency services
Work collaboratively with an assigned Clinical Guide
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited nursing education program
Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Health Care Provider certification
Graduation within twelve months before program start
Robust assessment, communication, organization, and time management skills
Build emergency nursing independence through holistic assessment, coordinated care, and evidence-informed practice at Bonnyville Health Centre.
