Key Responsibilities:
Follow recipes, portions, garnishes, and presentation standards
Set up kitchen stations and store supplies
Rotate products and maintain perishable stock quality
Clean equipment, workspaces, and storage areas
Complete opening, progress, and closing control sheets
Requirements:
Minimum one year of food service experience
High school diploma preferred
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic mathematical skills and food handler permit
