We are looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly team members who take pride in providing great food and excellent customer service. Position Overview As a Team Member, you will play an key role in creating a positive experience for our guests. You will work with the team to prepare food, serve customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly. Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare food according to Tahini’s standards and recipes
Assemble shawarmas, wraps, bowls, salads, and other menu items
Operate the POS/cash register and process payments
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging when required
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work efficiently during busy periods
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally
Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards




Work as part of a team and support coworkers when needed Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and maintain food quality standards
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
Food Protected certification is an asset
