Stones Jewellery is a fine jewellery boutique inside the Fairmont Empress Hotel, Victoria. Our team looks after regular Victoria clients and visitors from around the world, helping them find pieces they'll treasure — from engagement rings to fine jewellery for every occasion.

What you'll do
Greet and look after clients with polished, personal service
Help clients find pieces they'll love, with honest advice on diamonds, gemstones, and design
Build lasting client relationships and work toward team sales goals
Keep the boutique beautiful: merchandising, displays, and inventory
Handle sales transactions accurately What we're looking for:
A genuine interest in fine jewellery and luxury retail; previous retail or jewellery experience preferred
Robust communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and comfortable on your feet for long periods
Secondary school; English required





What we offer
$19 per hour to start, with a performance-based increase to $20 after your 3-month probation, and wages can continue to increase over time as you grow in the role
