Research audiences through Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening
Build personas and identify resonant creative angles
Write hooks, scripts, and conversion-focused body copy
Direct shot selection and visual storytelling for brand consistency
Manage Meta targeting,
budgets, and campaign performance
Requirements:
Solid copywriting for people scrolling social platforms
Working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA/CPL
Habit of studying and reverse-engineering effective advertisements
