This full time position manages daily operations at a Canna Cabana retail location. You will supervise employees, maintain procedures, support customer service, and oversee sales, inventory, scheduling, and regulatory requirements. The role requires robust communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, inventory control, and Cannabis retail knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise employees and verify valid CannSell licenses
Coach, train, and provide constructive team feedback
Maintain SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance
Resolve customer complaints and improve shopping experiences
Oversee opening,
closing, cash, inventory, and store reporting
Requirements:
Five to six-plus years of retail management experience
AGCO CannSell license and clean police record check
Valid or obtainable Cannabis Retail Store Manager license
Microsoft Office, process management, and inventory control proficiency
Availability for shifts, nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations
