This API Gateway Support Specialist provides technical and operational support for API platforms across production and non-production settings. The work includes REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, and web-based integrations. You will also manage certificates, monitor platform health, and coordinate incident resolution across technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Support API gateway platforms across production and non-production settings
Onboard consumers through integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Diagnose connectivity, authentication, configuration, performance, and availability issues
Monitor logs, traces, dashboards,



and alerts using Splunk and Dynatrace
Coordinate incidents, escalations, communications, resolution, and closure

Requirements:
Solid enterprise application, middleware, API, or production support experience
Hands-on API Gateway or API Management platform experience
Strong REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, and integration technology knowledge
Experience with SSL/TLS, certificates, keystores, truststores, and mTLS
Solid Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring and troubleshooting experience
