This full time Sales Associate supports customers at a Sleep Country storefront and assists at the Silk & Snow storefront. You will identify needs, explain products and services, communicate brand stories, and create comfortable product experiences. The role includes visual merchandising, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers and identify their needs and wants
Promote quality products and service offerings
Maintain appealing displays, pricing signage, and merchandise
Communicate brand stories and shared values
Create comfortable settings for product experiences
Requirements:
One to three years of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude with solid customer focus
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
Commitment to continuous education and learning
