This permanent full time role leads application transformation initiatives across Canada Life. You will assess enterprise applications, create future-state architectures, and guide implementation using cloud-native technologies. The work spans modernization roadmaps, DevOps, microservices, and API-driven design.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate legacy applications and identify modernization prospects
Develop roadmaps aligned with business goals
Lead application cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, or GCP

Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years in IT, including 3+ years leading modernization and migration
Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
Solid analytical, leadership, and communication skills
