As an Associate Director in Fitch Ratings’ Structured Credit & CLOs group, you will serve as a lead coverage analyst within a global rating agency. You will support debt capital markets through timely rating actions, insightful research, and transparent communication. The position combines structured finance analysis, committee presentations, and market-facing commentary.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Collateralized Loan Obligation ratings using proprietary models
Prepare rating conclusions for credit committee presentations
Draft rating action commentary for market participants




Contribute to recurring and special research publications

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
At least four years of financial industry experience
Preference for CLO or Structured Finance experience
Communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; programming knowledge is optional
