As Pattern Making Lead, you lead specialized Pattern Makers from maker phase through pre-production. You support Arc’teryx design intent, product aesthetics, construction, fit, and quality. The role partners with Product Development, Product Operations, designers, product developers, and cut and sew teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and guide technical Pattern Makers daily
Oversee concept, prototype, and approved base size patterns
Manage workloads and timelines across product creation
Establish standard fit by product category and end-use




Document construction standards and illustrated technical specifications

Requirements:
Eight-plus years’ pattern making experience
Two-plus years at senior level in technical apparel or equipment
Understanding of product lifecycle, design intent, construction, production, and fit
Leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
Pattern Making software, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office skills
