This experienced Accounting Specialist supports LBMX’s Advanced Solutions team. You will assist member and supplier partners, internal staff, and the Rebates team. The work includes accounting practices, journal entries, financial software, CRM use, reporting, and analytical data. Reporting to the Senior Manager Advanced Solutions, you will help maintain accounts and resolve rebate inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect weekly payments from members and suppliers
Post accounting entries using Sage
Process rebates, reports, and analytical data




Conduct reconciliations and prepare accounting reports
Resolve rebate inquiries with the Rebates team

Requirements:
Minimum five years of accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting practices and journal entries
Proficiency with Sage or QuickBooks financial software
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Organizational skills for multiple priorities and deadlines
