Shape strategic product vision and roadmaps through customer journeys, business strategy, and agile product management expertise. This role requires robust stakeholder alignment.
Reporting to the Value Stream Product Management Lead, the Value Stream Product Manager translates business strategy into product strategy. You will understand products across user, technical, operations, business, and design perspectives. The position guides product owners and agile teams while continuously improving user journeys throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Define long-term product vision and value stream roadmaps
Develop future-state journeys with customer experience partners
Manage product backlogs and align technical roadmaps
Validate features and releases against acceptance criteria
Address impediments, risks, and roadmap impacts
Requirements:
Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
Protected POPM certification
Seven years of related experience, including three product-management years
Experience with agile product development methodology
Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle
Apply product strategy, journey improvement, backlog management, and stakeholder leadership to advance value stream outcomes.
