As a Retirement Consultant, you will act as manager in the client accounts department. You will coordinate pension administration planning, monitor work and projects, and support clients, members, and trustees. The position also involves coaching team members, managing budgets, improving processes, and developing business contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the client accounts department
Plan and organize annual pension administration work
Verify and monitor task and project progress
Train and coach team members
Prepare budgets and support special projects

Requirements:
Minimum seven years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, or actuarial science
Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail
Excellent French communication skills; bilingualism is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
