Advance mental health and substance use nursing practice with Interior Health as a permanent part time Clinical Nurse Specialist. Worksite location is adaptable within the Interior Health region.

This advanced practice nursing position provides clinical leadership in mental health services. You will support evidence-informed practice, quality improvement, research, education, and expert consultation. The CNS works independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to improve client, population, and health system outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments using advanced nursing knowledge and skills
Develop and evaluate care plans for complex clinical situations
Lead standards, education, quality, research, and system change initiatives
Provide consultation, mentorship, coaching,



and interdisciplinary collaboration
Integrate evidence into practice and evaluate client outcomes

Requirements:
