Shape how work is valued at the Senate through organizational design, job evaluation, and classification expertise. This full time position is permanent and indeterminate.

As an Organizational Design and Classification Advisor, you will advise on unionized and non-unionized positions. You will support organizational changes, assess classification impacts, and align positions with business needs. The role serves the Human Resources Directorate.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage classification and job evaluation requests
Conduct organizational reviews and resolve classification issues
Lead Senate classification committees under established procedures
Modernize classification governance, processes, practices, and tools




Recommend organizational structures supporting strategic objectives

Requirements:
Relevant university degree, diploma, or acceptable equivalent combination
Significant human resources classification experience
Experience evaluating jobs and writing job descriptions
Ability to influence leaders on complex matters
Experience leading classification committees and collaborating with partners
