The Senior Director supports the Global Leader of IRM Strategy, Planning and Insights and the Chief Information Risk Officer. This globally scoped role engages senior leadership across Manulife’s lines of defense. It combines strategic planning, governance, reporting, and execution within a complex enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
Evolve information risk management reporting capabilities
Deliver quarterly and annual reports to senior leadership
Collaborate across all lines of defense
Build roadmaps for IRM’s multi-year strategy
Implement governance processes, tooling, and reporting

Requirements:
Six years of progressive leadership experience in related areas
Experience in information technology, risk management, or audit
Solid collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills
Robust time management and organizational abilities
Ability to shift between strategy and daily execution
